  1. Think positive; leave the negative for tomorrow.
  2. Go to your teammate’s desk to discuss instead of sending her an email.
  3. Listen to a motivational piece of music for 15 minutes or so.
  4. Read some of the best blog posts in your interest area. For example, QASpire’s post on Training that has been featured in HR Carnival.
  5. Profoundly relate with those you meet. From unknown morning walkers to your client’s best friends, regardless of his or her title.
  6. Pause for a minute and think about what you’ve been doing for the last few years. Are your actions aligned with your goals?
  7. At night, go to a calm place; maybe the terrace, watch the sky and spend 10 minutes with yourself only.
