In project management, who does it, matters.
Yup!
If your project is such no one can do it, success is at stake.
And if your project is such that anyone can do it, it doesn’t matter even if you’ll achieve success. You’re no longer making any difference.
The key here is to have the right people doing the right things for the project that makes a difference.
Power questions:
- Are you working on a project that anyone can do?
- …and are you satisfied with your performance as well??
Or
- Are you working on a project that no one can do?
- …and what are the bases of your confidence of it getting accomplished?
Assuming that you want to do work that matters, do you need to revisit what you’re doing?
