It’s not true that an organization cannot give you a good pay hike.
Your organization may yell about bad economy or missed deadlines and say that you need to lower your pay-hike expectations.
You don’t need to.
Instead, you need to increase your output. If organizations don’t think they should give you a good pay hike, it’s because you’re not producing enough output for the salary you’re taking home.
Your organization has hired you by making a choice. You have selected a job because you also have made a choice.
Then why play small with your output? And your pay hike??
