I. THE SOVEREIGN INTENT

I value sovereignty. That includes yours. This protocol defines how your data is handled within the UV Almanac ecosystem.

II. DATA COLLECTION (METABOLIC SIGNALS)

  • Analytics: I use standard analytics to track metabolic signals—how people move through the Almanac. This data is used only to improve the frequency of the signal.
  • Signals (Substack): If you subscribe to SIGNALS, your email is processed by Substack. I do not "own" or sell your email; I use it to broadcast operating pulses.
  • Bio Interaction: If you save my vCard from the /bio page, no data is sent back to my servers; the transaction is purely for your convenience.

III. THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

  • I do not sell data.
  • I do not use third-party trackers for advertising.
  • I am an Architect, not a data broker.
