Three Brains: Thinking to Doing to Being

You don’t become a new version of yourself by reading about it.

You become it by rehearsing it until it rewires you.

"Who you become is a byproduct of what you repeat." ~ UV #DhandheKaFunda

A friend once told me he was thinking of becoming more confident.

So he started reading about charisma.

And self-belief.

And inner game.

Every day, a new insight.

But in every conversation, the same old hesitation.

Until he flipped the switch:

He started doing what a confident person would do.

Small moves. Different tone. Stronger posture.

It felt awkward.

Then it felt good.

And one day…

He wasn’t trying to be confident anymore.

He just was.

He had crossed the invisible line:

→ From Neocortex (thinking)

→ To Limbic Brain (doing)

→ To Cerebellum (being)

You are what you practice … until you no longer have to think about it.

#DhandheKaFunda: Repetition doesn’t just build habits. It builds identity. Who you become is a byproduct of what you repeat.
